Details

1. 24 hours-a-day, 365 days-a-year
   Work is prioritised according to urgency and importance.
   Response times are always fast enough that nobody suffers significant financial loss.
   
   
2. 15 minutes free remote work per day
   There is no charge for less than 15 minutes remote work per day.
   Remote work can be over the telephone and/or the internet.
   
   
3. No call-out charge
   • There is no call-out charge for locations in Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.
   • Travel time to locations outside Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire is charged at the appropriate hourly rate.
   
   
4. No minimum charge
   • Site work lasting 5 minutes incurs a labour charge of 5 minutes.
   • Remote work lasting 20 minutes incurs a labour charge of 20 minutes.
   
   
5. No-fix, No-fee
   • I charge for successful work that provides an acceptable solution to a problem.
   • I don't charge for unsuccessful work that fails to provide an acceptable solution to a problem.
   
   
6. No mark-up on parts
   Most new parts are purchased from

7. No VAT (VAT is not recoverable)
   I am not VAT Registered, so I don't charge VAT on parts or labour.
   If you are VAT Registered, and want to recover the VAT on parts, they should be purchased on your account.
   
   
8. Payment in full MUST be cleared into my account within 3 calendar months of the Original Date stated on the Invoice
   I will send you an Invoice that clearly states the Original Date followed by:
   • Invoice Reminder after 1 calendar month.
   • Second Invoice Reminder after 2 calendar months.
   • Third & Final Invoice Reminder after 3 calendar months.
   If payment in full is not cleared into my account within 3 calendar months of the Original Date stated on the Invoice:
   • I will stop working for you immediately and without further notice until the overdue amount is cleared into my account.
   • I might take further action against you to secure payment, and would expect you to pay all the costs of any such action.
