I am a self-employed technical support engineer based in Gloucestershire, England. I have nearly 30 years experience using personal computers and associated technologies.
I provide on-site support in Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.
I also provide remote support over the internet using .

I primarily support IBM-Compatible Personal Computers running Microsoft Operating Systems (that means normal computers running Windows).
